The staff is well meaning and helpful, but they are not necessarily trained that way. Only on  our second visit, that Dr. Rashmi was available, which made the difference. She guided us well and provided appropriate consultation. Rest of the process of ordering the device was easy. Adjustments and Program modes were explained to us.
